Terms of Use
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Referral Service Only
Baltimore Pallets is a referral service. We pass quote requests to partner suppliers in our network. We do not make, sell, repair, collect or deliver pallets, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a supplier.
Partner Suppliers
Partner suppliers set their own prices, terms, delivery, warranties and returns. Availability depends on the supplier and your location. Please review any quote and its terms before accepting it.
Quote Requests
Submitting a request is free and carries no obligation. Please give accurate information. A request does not guarantee a quote, a price or a delivery date.
Site Content
Information on this site is general product information. It is not professional, legal or compliance advice. Regulations change, so please check current requirements for your shipment.
No Warranty
This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant any product or service offered by a partner supplier.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Baltimore Pallets is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site, or for anything a partner supplier does or fails to do.
